SIZZLE: Harvested in November and December, when the olives are more mature. 

DRIZZLE: Harvested in October, before the olives have ripened fully. 

FRIZZLE: Made from olives picked during peak harvest season. We take the delicious olive paste (aka pomace) left over from the first cold press of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and press it again to make Olive Pomace Oil. Then we add back some EVOO for an antioxidant boost and *hint* of flavor! 

SIZZLE: Made for roasting, toasting, and sautéing with an olie oil-y flavor. Sizzle is perfect for everyday cooking. 

DRIZZLE: Put it on your ice cream or popcorn, whip up a pesto or salad dressing, or drink it straight from a spoon.

FRIZZLE: Ready to crisp up anything and everything. Use Frizzle to make french fries, stir-fry veggies in a screaming hot wok, or sear a steak on the grill. You can also swap Canola Oil for Frizzle in your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe.
