After customers finish online payment, order contract between buyers and grazausshop.com takes formal effect, and our warehouse starts order processing following the regulated 1–3 business days processing timeline per Shipping Policy rules. Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted recipient shipping address and contact info are accurate and valid for smooth delivery.

We try our best to keep product introduction, specification and origin description consistent with actual goods on grazausshop.com; minor picture display deviation caused by screen resolution difference does not constitute product quality discrepancy. All clearance discount prices and limited-time promotional prices are valid within marked campaign period on corresponding product page.

Once goods dispatch completes and logistics tracking number updates per our Shipping Policy, delivery risk transfers to the purchaser side. All aftersales return, refund execution strictly follows the published Refund Policy of grazausshop.com; customers shall abide by 60-day free return valid period and returned product intact requirements when applying return service.

Customers can apply order cancellation before warehouse starts packing process by emailing support@grazausshop.com. After goods are dispatched from our warehouse, order cancellation application cannot be accepted; related demand shall be solved via standard return application process under Refund Policy regulations.
