All valid orders placed on grazausshop.com will be processed and packed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude non-working holidays and weekends. Orders submitted during non-business hours will enter processing queue starting from the next available working day. No additional processing surcharge applies for any in-stock olive oil items across our whole store catalog.

2. Delivery Lead Time Standard

Standard global delivery after warehouse dispatch takes an estimated total of 6–12 days to complete final customer receipt. All delivery timelines are estimated reference values; occasional minor delays may happen due to third-party carrier schedule adjustment, extreme weather or regional logistics control, and grazausshop.com will not bear liabilities for uncontrollable third-party logistics delays. We do not provide expedited express delivery service as preset business rules.

3. Shipping Cost Rule

4. Special Delivery Notice

In case of incomplete recipient address information leading to failed delivery, customers need to update valid address via support@grazausshop.com for follow-up redelivery arrangement.
